Taking another path
I mentioned in my last blog that I had a wobble concerning my time at university. Since then, I have made the decision to withdraw from the course. I was not enjoying the experience or the environment and after much consideration felt this was the best solution.
Making the decision to ‘drop out’ was not easy as I had invested considerable time and energy to gain a place on the course and it is disappointing when an experience falls flat of your expectations. There were many aspects which contributed to my decision but suffice to say it was not my cup of tea. I am very grateful to my family, friends and colleagues who supported me during the application process and in making the decision.
I have returned to the work I love which also allows me the autonomy to participate in other activities. Watch this space!
